Our Policies

  • Can I get a copy of your catalog?
    In an effort to be environmentally responsible we no longer automatically send our printed catalog, however our entire catalog is available online at www.workspacesupply.com.  Permission is granted to print pages from our catalog for the purpose of placing an order or using as a shopping resource.  If you prefer to have a printed catalog, email us at customerservice@workspacesupply.com.

  • Do you have a minimum order?
    There is no minimum order amount.
  • How much will delivery cost to locations in Broward and Miami Dade County, Florida?
    Delivery is free on all orders to locations in Broward and Miami Dade County, Florida.
  • How much will delivery cost to locations outside Broward and Miami Dade County Florida?
    Shipping is free on orders of $99.00 or more that ship UPS ground. Orders less than $99.00 will be charged $7.95 delivery fee. We will contact you with the exact delivery charges for items too large to ship UPS ground.
  • Is inside delivery or setup available on furniture or other large items?
    Yes.  Items that are too large to ship via UPS ground will ship with a local trucking company.  Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery.  Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery (the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside).  Inside delivery and/or setup is available in most metropolitan areas for an additional charge.  Contact us at (888) 966-9991 or by email to customerservice@workspacesupply.com for a quote.

  • Do you ship to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and International addresses?
    No.  At the present time we do not ship to these locations. We also cannot accept orders shipping to freight forwarding companies.

  • When will I receive my order?
    Most orders that are received by 2:00 pm EST will arrive the next business day.  Items that are out of stock at our nearest warehouse and must be pulled from one of our other locations may cause delivery to be delayed 1-2 days.  Products such as desks, file cabinets, etc that are too large to ship by UPS will ship to you via a local trucking company.  Truck deliveries typically require 1-3 additional days for delivery.  Items that ship direct from the manufacturer may also require extra time for delivery.

  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), check with order, money orders and direct deposit.

  • Do you accept purchase orders?
    We only accept purchase orders when accompanied by a check or credit card information.

  • What is your return policy?
    All defective products will be accepted for replacement or credit within 10 days of the invoice date.  All non defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of the invoice date.  All shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
    IMPORTANT – DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement.

  • What is resalable condition?
    In order to be resalable a returned item must be in its original box free of markings, dents and tears and contain all original contents inside including instruction, manual, hardware and packaging.  Knock down or ready to assemble items are not returnable if the carton has been opened and the items removed.

  • How do I make a return?
    Go to the WorkSpaceSupply home page at www.workspacesupply.com and click the RETURNS link at the bottom of the page.  Complete and send the online form and a UPS call tag will be issued or other arrangements will be made.

  • What is your privacy policy?
    We don’t share customer information with anyone.  Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information.  Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart.  Our customers use our site to place orders and request services and information and we collect contact information (like email addresses) and financial information (like account or credit card numbers).  Contact information is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers.  Financial information that is collected is used only to bill the user.  The provides information is also used to contact the customer when necessary.
