Returns Policy

What is your return policy?
All defective products will be accepted for replacement or credit within 10 days of the invoice date.  All non defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of the invoice date.  All shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

What is resalable condition?
In order to be resalable a returned item must be in its original box free of markings, dent and tears and contain all original contents inside including instructions, manuals, hardware and packaging.  Knock down or ready to assemble items are not returnable if the carton has been opened and the items removed.
